Adapted from “The Power of Story in Professional Communication and Workplace Readiness”, this course helps students and graduates master clear, concise and engaging communication. Participants learn how to think critically, write professionally and speak with purpose.

• Foundations of Effective Communication – Distinguish between verbal, non‑verbal, written and digital communication; learn clarity, professionalism, conciseness and audience adaptation.
• Professional Storytelling – Craft narratives that persuade and inspire in business contexts.
• Writing for the Workplace – Develop reports, emails, proposals and digital content that are clear and impactful.
• Presentation and Public Speaking – Build confidence, structure arguments and engage diverse audiences.
• Interpersonal and Cross‑Cultural Communication – Navigate diverse workplaces with empathy and awareness.
• Workplace Etiquette and Team Collaboration – Practise active listening, constructive feedback and collaboration.
• Digital Tools and AI - Learn and understand the digital tools available for the workplace, and master how to apply them effectively. 

This course introduces high school and college students to entrepreneurship and business fundamentals. It draws on the Youth Entrepreneurship modules to encourage innovation and self‑sufficiency.
